DO I REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
Yes, it is 100% necessary to save the date in your calendar. A deposit of $50 is required to secure your booking will be added onwards.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I BOOK?
We recommend booking at least 2 months in advance to secure the exact style and color that you want at your event. There are times we might still have a last minute spot available! (Rush fee might be incurred when booking within 3 days of the event date.)
DO YOU DELIVER, SET UP, AND TAKE DOWN THE EQUIPMENT?
Yes, our team handles delivery, setup, and pickup so you can enjoy a stress-free experience. Delivery fees are not included. Pickup after 9pm extra $50 /hr

Yes, we are!
DO YOU PROVIDE SUPERVISION FOR CHILDREN'S ACTIVITIES?
Yes, for soft play areas and interactive stations, we can provide trained staff to supervise and ensure a safe and fun experience for all kids.
ARE YOUR FOOD STATIONS CUSTOMIZABLE?
Absolutely! Dessert stations, nacho bars, slushy bars, and other food setups can be tailored to your preferences, including flavors, toppings, and portion sizes.
CAN I RENT ITEMS INDIVIDUALLY OR ONLY AS A PACKAGE?
We offer both options. You can rent individual items like candy wall, or soft play, or choose a full package for a coordinated, luxury event experience.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU CLEAN YOUR EQUIPMENT?
Our equipment (including our ball pit balls) is thoroughly sanitized and disinfected after each use, using medical-grade products to kill 99.9% of harmful bacteria, viruses, mold, fungus, and germs.
We are the first and leading mobile soft play/ball pit rental company to have several professional ball-washing machines and a team dedicated to wash balls full-time
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING POLICY?
We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling or cancellation options. Specific terms depend on the service and timing of your booking.

Deposit Policy: Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. The deposit secures your booking and allows us to reserve your date and prepare your customized event.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY REGARDING LOST OR DAMAGED RENTALS?
The customer is responsible for all rentals until they are returned to LuckyladyFiesta. The customer will be charged the repair or replacement cost. Rental fees cannot be applied toward repair or replacement costs.
